Ideal for acoustic gigs and quieter rehearsals, the Purple edition of the QPercussion QSticks deliver a level of attack and volume that sits just between a pair of standard drumsticks and a pair of standard rods. These innovative rods also support a warmer and more full response compared to drumsticks, specially when hitting the snare and toms. Basically, when sticks are too loud and brushes are too quiet, this pair of purple QSticks sit in the Goldilocks-region between the two, whether you're a drummer or percussionist.

QSticks are made by hand with great care and attention to detail and using extremely durable and flexible wood before being sealed in a double layer of lacquer to ensure a longer lifespan than other rods. The QSticks are available in six different colours and three variations: coloured, neon coloured and natural (wood). Each colour has its own unique sound and volume range, where Yellow QSticks have the lightest response and lowest volume, while the Purple QSticks are designed for heavier stuff.

By sliding the rubber ring on each stick up or down, you can adjust the response. Sliding it towards the handle lightens up the sound and sliding it towards the tip gives you a heavier sound with a more focused attack. The tips of the QSticks rods have also been rounded to optimise the rebound, improve stick control and protect your drumhead. These rods are endorsed by various artists around the globe including Alex Acuña, Luis Conte, and Adam Nussbaum.
